Each school year, OCPS requires parents to complete forms for each student. This year, we are requesting that these forms are completed digitally. Please follow the steps below to complete and submit your forms. A video has been provided to help you if needed. If you have difficulty submitting them digitally, you may print them to complete and return the paper copies to the school. You can place your forms in the black Drop Box next to the front doors.
We would like families of face to face students, to please submit these forms by August 21st. All forms are due no later than August 28th.
